We can offer you
accommodation at the prices in our cost table, subject to it being available on
receipt of your booking form & deposit. All our accommodation is equipped with
everything you require except for linen, we supply the duvets & duvet covers
also 1 pillow per person. Cots and high chairs are available for hire at £10 per item per week and must be requested at the time of booking. Please note that we only allow travel cots in the caravans. Cancellation of your holiday. As deposits are non-refundable we operate an optional Holiday insurance cancellation plan, see enclosed leaflet for details. All accommodation is checked between lets, and as the hire fee does not include cleaning charges we ask please for hirers to leave sufficient time to clean the accommodation before leaving. Clients who hire any of our accommodation must not exceed the number of persons applicable to the unit booked. Overcrowding will be treated as a breach of contract and you will be asked to vacate the accommodation and leave the park. Temporary membership to our Indoor Leisure Complex is included with all bookings made with the company. On collection of your keys at reception, you will be issued with a pass, which must be shown upon each visit to the Leisure Complex. This pass permits access to the Leisure Complex (for occupants named on your booking form) from opening time up to 4.15pm and to vacate by 5.00pm. (Opening either 9am or 10.30am). A supplementary charge of £20 per unit per week can be paid if you require use of the Leisure Complex after 5pm. This allows you to vacate by either 7pm or 8pm. (Opening and closing times vary.) The sauna, steam room and spa bath can be used by adults only. Children under the age of 16 have the use of the swimming pool only and must be accompanied and fully supervised by an adult who can swim. Keys can be collected AFTER 2 PM and BEFORE 5PM on the day of arrival. Accommodation to be vacated by 10am on the last day of your holiday. IF YOU EXPECT TO ARRIVE LATE YOU MUST CONTACT RECEPTION. The Dyffryn Country Inn is a public house that consists of bars, restaurant and family room. THERE IS ENTERTAINMENT DURING THE MAIN WEEKS ONLY. The Shop & Chip Shop will be open for limited periods during early and late season. NO ANIMALS/PETS IN ANY RENTED ACCOMMODATION OR TO BE BROUGHT ON TO SITE. |
