Gerfor 6 berth bungalow. 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 shower room.
Lansdowne 6 berth bungalow. 1 king size bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds,
2 shower rooms, 1 with & bath, fridge freezer & dishwasher.

All accommodation that we let are fully furnished and are supplied with gas, electricity & membership to our indoor leisure complex included in the price, they include as standard shower, toilet, fridge, cooker, TV & DVD, pots & pans, cutlery, duvets & duvet covers & pillows.
We do not supply sheets, pillow slips or towels - you are required to bring these yourself.
Terms & Conditions Of Hire For Accommodation
| No animals or pets are allowed in any rented accommodation or to be brought on to the caravan park |

| A 25% non refundable deposit is required with a completed booking form; the balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Provisional bookings are held for 7 days without deposit, thereafter they will be cancelled. |

| We do not give refunds for any reason. |

| Bookings are generally from Saturday to Saturday, short breaks are by special arrangement. |

| Keys can be collected after 2.00pm and before 5.00pm on the day of arrival, with vacation time no later than 10.00am on the last day of your holiday. If you expect to arrive late, please contact reception. |

| We reserve the right to change your allocated caravan should it be deemed necessary, i.e. damage etc. |

| Any party found overloading the accommodation will be asked to leave without refund, i.e. a 4 berth is designed & equipped for 4 people. Overcrowding will be treated as a breach of contract and you will be asked to vacate your accommodation and leave the park. |

|
| Any hirer found willfully causing damage or excessive noise on the estate will be asked to leave immediately without refund. |
|
|
| All accommodation is checked between lets, and as the hire fee does not include cleaning charges we ask please for hirers to leave sufficient time to clean the accommodation before leaving. |

|
| Jet skis, boats & commercial vehicles are not permitted on the estate, parking for 2 cars is allowed next to your accommodation. |
|
|
| All breakages & damage must be reported as soon as possible to reception. |
